The Helium Foundation is a 501(c)(6) non-profit established to steward the Helium Network: the decentralized wireless network powered by the Solana blockchain (previously Helium Blockchain), creating a more connected and equitable world. The Helium Foundation exists to benefit the entire decentralized wireless industry and its stakeholders as a steward of ecosystem development, network governance, and public education.
